On Monday 4 June the Schola sang a lunchtime recital at St Martin in the Fields on Trafalgar Square. This clip shows the choir singing William Walton’s Set Me As A Seal, a wonderful setting of words from the Song of Songs, composed in 1938. Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thy arm; for love is strong as death. Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it.
